About Carlson Rezidor
To date, 48 hotels of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in 14 countries in Europe have been equipped with the intelligent Cheetah Energy Control. The leading hotel chain operates 1,370 hotels in 110 countries with brands such as Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson Red, Park Inn by Radisson and Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts.
The Group understands its responsibility for the environment and promotes sustainable hotel operations. Under the heading Think Planet, Carlson Rezidor invests in ‘green’ technology and sets energy targets to reduce its environmental footprint. One of these targets aims for a 25% reduction of the Group’s energy consumption by the end of 2016 (baseline 2011). Next to energy, Carlson Rezidor hotels focus on saving water and reducing waste to landfill in their operations and supply chain.
