Sprinx helps Omring Den Koogh with savings
01-03-2011 | On 1 March 2011, care organisation Omring signed a three-year energy management contract with us for its location in Den Koogh in Den Helder, based on ‘no cure no pay’. This guarantee implies that the costs for this service provision will never exceed the actual savings in energy consumption. After carrying out a QuickScan, it became apparent that the energy consumption of the nursing home exceeds the sector average. By implementing an energy monitoring system in combination with even better programming of the climate installations, we managed an annual savings in energy consumption of more than 5.5% with this performance contract.
Omring is a care organisation and provides consultation, care and a sheltered living environment especially for the elderly with limitations. It provides these services both in the client’s own home environment and in its many different residential facilities.
