Pullman Paris Montparnasse chooses Cheetah

14-10-2011 | We were awarded our first order in France by Hotel Pullman Paris Montparnasse. We handed over two Cheetah systems for this top hotel’s kitchen on 14 October.

The preparations and work for the project had to meet the package of requirements of the biggest hotel in Paris due to the safety policy Pullman stipulates. The work was implemented at night in order to safeguard the comfort and safety of personnel and guests.

Since the extraction systems of the kitchens must function independently from one another, we implemented two Cheetah systems. The work was concluded within a week and the hand-over, also implemented in accordance with the Pullman procedure, was approved to complete satisfaction. With the implementation of these Cheetah systems we issue the guarantee that Pullman Paris Montparnasse will save a substantial amount of energy of as much as 82% in electricity and 45% in conditioned air. Moreover, the hotel will have an annual reduction of 290.000kg CO₂-emissions.

Hotel Pullman Paris Montparnasse is a top hotel, situated in the historic, commercial and cultural district of Paris. Its 953 rooms and more than 4100 m² of modular meeting rooms make this one of the largest congress hotels in Europe.
