Energy Management for Sheraton Amsterdam Airport
10-05-2012 | The Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center has signed a three-year energy management contract with Sprinx International. This performance contract guarantees energy savings of 15% before 31 December 2014.
After conducting an extensive QuickScan, Sprinx has taken measures to reduce the energy use of the hotel by 5% annually. The expenditure involved in these improvement measures will be recovered during the contract’s duration.
´Sheraton’s aim is to achieve global energy savings of 30% before 2020. With the savings guaranteed by Sprinx, the outlook is favourable and we have the upmost confidence that we will meet our target,´ says Patrick Zeeuw, Director of Technical Services, Starwood Hotels Amsterdam.
